Robyn Minefee

Founder & Wellness Guide | Mind And Body Wellness

I’ve spent a lot of years helping people understand themselves. MBW grew from a different question: What happens when you’re ready to stop analyzing your life for a minute and actually experience it?

I’ve always been curious about the connection between what we think, what we carry in our bodies, what we believe, and how we actually move through the world.

Over time, I found myself drawn beyond conversation alone and toward practices that invite the whole person into the experience: movement, breath, sound, stillness, nature, energy work, community, and intentional reflection.

Mind & Body Wellness grew from that curiosity.

Not because I believe you need one more thing to fix about yourself. But because I believe there should be spaces where you can simply come back to yourself.

WHAT GUIDES MY WORK

What I Believe

Homecoming Over Destination

I don’t believe wellness is a finish line. Sometimes the work is simply noticing yourself again, listening inward, and coming home to who you already are.

Somatic Wisdom

Your body often notices things your mind doesn’t yet have words for. Movement, breath, sensation, rest, and awareness can help us slow down enough to notice what’s there.

The Power Of Community

I believe something changes when women have spaces where they don’t have to perform, explain, or hold everything together alone. Connection matters. So does being witnessed, laughing, moving, resting, and simply being together.

Safety Before Softening

Softness can’t be forced. I believe it becomes possible when we feel safe enough to stop performing, unclench a little, and let ourselves be seen.

How I Work

There isn’t one right way to come back to yourself.

Sometimes we move. Sometimes we breathe. Sometimes we get quiet. Sometimes we need sound, nature, reflection, community, energy work, or a conversation that helps us see things differently.

Whether you’re moving through a transition, feeling disconnected from yourself, craving more community, or simply ready to experience life differently, there is room for you here.

You do not have to arrive with something to fix.

A Little More About Me

When I’m not working, you’re likely to find me outside somewhere, moving my body, trying something new, traveling, sitting in community with women I love, laughing too loud, or figuring out what feeling good looks like in this season of my own life.

I’m a Georgia girl at heart, and I love the things that bring me back into the present: nature, movement, music, sound, good conversation, connection, curiosity, and moments that remind me that life is happening right now.

MBW is personal to me because I’m not interested in teaching women how to perfectly perform wellness.

I’m interested in creating spaces where we get to actually live it.

My Background

My work is informed by years of experience in mental health, somatic practice, movement, mindfulness, and integrative wellness.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, clinical supervisor, and registered yoga teacher, with additional training in somatic approaches, EMDR, breathwork, sound, Reiki, mindfulness, and other mind-body practices.

That background shapes the way I create MBW experiences, but Mind & Body Wellness is intentionally different from psychotherapy.

This is a space for embodied wellness, reflection, movement, connection, rest, spiritual exploration, and experiences that help you reconnect with yourself outside of the therapy room.

Mind and Body Wellness is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment. It is a space for embodied wellness, reflection, movement, connection, rest, and spiritual exploration. The intention is to create space for you to experience yourself differently.
